Fox News Aired Man's Suicide, Children Sue for Emotional Distress

A severe intrusion of privacy. One; of part of the children all under 15 of the parent. The other, people who watched the news story. The scene was after a car chase, and the man pulls out a gun and continues to shoot himself in the head. It was not very graphic, sort of bad quality but it still did not make it hard to determine what happened. Fox's employer, Shepard Smith continued to apologize after receiving much criticism. Erik Wemple from Washington Post, countered this saying that the trauma was more in part due to the actual event of suicide and completely disregarded the fact that it was public. It was enough to fly through the internet very quickly, I actually had seen it prior but I didn't it was made into a case. Things like these should be limited though to protect the identity of the children, who ended up leaving their school.

Rio Adobe is a local cafe in Cupertino that serves Southwest Mexican styled food. All the comments on several different sites including Google and Yelp state they have the best burritos in town for the best price, and that all of their ingredients are always fresh.
Yet, their website has nothing really flashy and only states that they have fresh food at good prices. Which is really a simple market phrase used by anyone. Instead their website should proclaim that they have the best burritos around, all good reviews on Yelp, and the best ingredients. Having actually eaten their many times, I know their food is awesome and I think that the business should expand itself or at least improve its website. The business has an effective online presence, however a very minimal amount of comments and should expand it's advertising online.
